  1. I’ll put it on my list for when I win Powerball or MegaMillions.
  2. I'm glad to see it but I just wish it would spread out a little from the spine.
  3. This exact same thing happened to me in late January/early February of 2020. I have never had such uncontrollable shivering and general achiness. It was before Covid blew up so I don't think it was that and it didn't last all that long, maybe 2 or 3 days.
  4. I’m in @J.Spin’s neighborhood for work today and took a ride up to Little River State Park at lunch. This is looking northeast over the reservoir towards the Worcester Range.
  5. Today at lunch in Waterbury overlooking the Little River Reservoir towards the Worcester Range.
  6. You can take the QB out of the Jets but you can't take the Jets out of the QB.
  7. @George001just smashed his Tandy in a fit of rage.
  8. If your friend went up 93 to 91 to get to Jay, the snowcover is definitely worse. We went over to Littleton, NH and then down to Tilton this past weekend and outside of Franconia Notch and the higher sections of 89 between Concord and Lebanon, the snow was thin to say the least.
  9. Some places it's thin. I think I have 6"- 8" at my house. I'd like more and there is definitely an increase as you get higher in elevation and closer to the spine but there have been worse winters.
  10. He’s in Lake George, NY isn’t he?
  11. Maybe they’ll give out commemorative toasters.
  12. Okemo has a really nice course. Probably not taking tee times right now though.
  13. Plenty of folks were getting after it not too far from me today.
  14. Yeah, the wind has been bad. I do love these periods where there is a little bit of snow every day. Of course every day o say I’m not going to clear just an inch or two of snow from the driveway. After a week of that it’s a mess with 3”-4” inches and ruts. Lol
  15. It’s been long enough that normal feels cold. We are sitting at -1.5° for the month. We really haven’t had brutal cold, our lowest temp so far this month is -1°.
  16. Whitfield isn’t great for snow either. I like Littleton for some of the shops and restaurants. We were shopping for our upcoming post-Christmas, Christmas celebration we are having with friends at the end of the month. After shopping it was lunch at the Littleton Freehouse.
  17. I don’t have twitter and I don’t recall seeing anyone her claim we were having a record cold stretch.
  18. What a difference a little elevation makes. I’m down in Littleton and there is maybe 1”-2” of snow. This area gets snow holed so I guess it’s not really a surprise.
  19. The other thing is that I don’t believe anyone has said there has been historic cold. I usually ignore obvious trolls but that’s just a stupid post.
  20. That stuff is awful. My car has radar sensors behind the front badge and that slime builds up to the point that the sensor won’t work.
  21. I noticed that. Accumulation sucked all day and then the fluff at the end stacked up a little. Maybe 2” here too.
  22. It is. I’m similar to Jerry in that I like to take evening walks. Unfortunately, I don’t have an 8 mile lit route. I go down to the Montpelier bike path once or twice a week but that only gets me a couple of miles most nights.
