    We were playing the 8th and teeing off on the 9th when we heard the first thunder. We hustled to finish and got done just before the horn blew calling people off the course.

    Golf league was spared tonight but we did get a rainbow.

    It wasn’t a great shot. I’ve been hooking irons off the tee and that’s what happened here. It was a good sideboard I guess. My playing partner hit a much better shot but landed it in a spot where it didn’t hold the green.

    Left, bounced off the hillside and shot across the green leaving me about 15’ for birdie. And I made the putt.
