    Nearby PWS around me are between 3-4" which all fell in less than an hour. 0.09" out in McHenry at my PWS.

    Easily the heaviest rainfall I've ever experienced...pictures coming out of various neighborhoods in Arlington was pretty crazy. Roaring rapids video was nuts along Four Mile Run in Shirlington at the dog park.

    75/70 here in McHenry with mostly sunny skies. Definitely warm and humid for this area too.

    Nice walk off win by the Nats tonight. 6 back of the Braves and 1.5 back of the 2nd WC. Impressive turnaround heading into the AS break.

    Hit quite the storm while on the Beltway getting off onto 270 this evening around 7p on the way to Deep Creek. Torrential rain and T&L. Rest of the drive was fine until I got off 68 in Garrett....multiple rounds of quick downpours.

    Good idea! A winter trip to FL to watch the Caps play has been on my list...sounds like I should pull the trigger this season.
