  1. 1.4” so far. Hope you all can cash in overnight/tomorrow morning too.
  2. I know there were a few posts this week about flake size sucking because of the Ferrier 3k maps (which are always too bearish)...but flake size is good and got dendrites out here.
  3. Wow is right. I think the 50/50 is key this run too.
  4. 26/19, SN. Coating status reached. Are PWC schools closed for Monday yet?
  5. Snow just started in Garrett County on 68.
  6. Driving up tonight since we’re hosting a handful of friends for the weekend for skiing/etc. If Sunday/Monday is legit there, I’ll probably stay til Monday.
  7. We do 34 degree rain better than anyone.
  8. Considering its been all over the place for Friday...
  9. I was going to post the same re: dumb to parse thermo details at this range but welcome to being a weather weenie.
  10. For sure. Looks like I may need to stay in McHenry until Monday lol
  11. It's super close but it looks like the R/S line stays just to the SE of the city (though it would be good to see each hour...this is only going off the 6 hour panels on pivotalweather). DC/Arlington/Alexandria stay all snow.
  12. NAM shows no sign of backing down. Still unknown if Leesburg will see his sleet.
  13. At least the Balto crew will be happy with the Euro. Or since it gives more just south of the city, maybe not.
  14. 3k has a really intense band that pushes through C and N MD overnight Friday (14mm/hr on the TT scale).
  15. NAM does score a coup every now and then so I guess folks can hope for that.
  16. Slow start by the Caps but wow have they really turned it on.
  17. Walked by a cherry tree that is blooming in Old Town tonight heading to Orangetheory. Spring!
  18. Have any interest in replicating that in say, oh, I don’t know...McHenry? I know a house that would take one.
  19. Feels really nice outside. Sun angle FTW
  20. Forsythia blooming next to the Pentagon on 27 when I drove by enroute to Rosslyn this morning.
  21. Overperformer. Upgraded to a High Wind Warning. Wind and heat...the stories of the MA.
  22. Winds will die down tomorrow night.
  23. Yeah it seems like Egg + propane is a good combo considering the ease that propane provides on a weeknight. And wow, over 10 hours for a butt...at least you got lunch for the week. Also, I spend too much time talking weather....at first glance, I mistook HHI for UHI (urban heat island) and thought they shipped it from DC...then I realized that’s Hilton Head. Sigh.
