  1. Yup, that hit White Marsh. Heard the thunder from it here
  2. I like the 2" blob over Baltimore County, except Dundalk, Essex and White Marsh
  3. Let this be a lesson to us all, no one beats the Chicago White Sox 22 games in a row.
  4. The O's are no long alone at the top...with their losing streak. The White Sox tied their AL record last night with loss #21 in a row.
  5. NASCAR race? Yup, enjoy the rain. Want to cure a drought? Schedule a NASCAR race.
  6. 3rd time since 530 that it's just pouring rain here.
  7. Wind just started going nuts about 5-10 minute ago, no rain yet but can see the shelf cloud rolling in.
  8. Seeing what teams gave up for top level pitching, I'm honestly OK with the moves the O's made. Elias did fill needs in the rotation and pen and got an extra bat, and did not mortgage the future on it. It's the long term plan in effect. If the O's pitching staff can get Eflin and Rogers to be decent enough, they still will contend come October.
  9. They did add Gregory Soto today, came in after the deadline.
  10. I wonder if they are still working deals and he's on the block. Only thing I can thing of.
  11. This is a meh move, but I get it.
  12. A game so nice, the O's had to win it twice.
  13. Seriously. I don't even want to see him with a 5 run lead now.
  14. Mr. Hyde, I'm done with the Craig Kimbrel experience...
  15. I'm in that 2-2.5" blob just east of Baltimore there. Just seemed like one deluge after another. I know my lawn really looks a lot more green this morning.
  16. 2nd round of heavy drenching rain rolling through now. Would say this is about the same as earlier.
  17. Holy cow did it start to storm here. Coming down pretty good for the past few minutes, few very loud claps of thunder.
  18. If you're in IT, you have my utmost and deepest sympathy.
  19. Another round of relatively heavy rain rolling through here now. We've been fortunate to be in the line of these storms this afternoon/evening
  20. I live like less than a mile from there. To be honest, ANY heavy rain that part of North Point floods out, it's in a spot where it dips into a bowl basically then comes back up just under the rail tracks.
  21. There was a cell that popped up right over SE Baltimore and the Dundalk/Essex area and just seemed to sit there for a bit. Stopped for now it appears.
  22. North Point Blvd right near Kane is flooded out at the moment looks like
  23. Meanwhile it's just absolutely been pouring rain for the past 30-45 minutes or so here.
