    Heat index of 97 at Dulles and 99 at Frederick airport. And DCA has hit 97. Soak it in.

    Issues are similar to last year, but it appears the mini stretches of struggles are more prolonged this yr. They need a starter, a reliever, and another bat to help with the bottom of the lineup. Idk if that means bringing up Mayo or Norby or trading for it but it’s needed. Os fans just have to accept that this means the farm system will take a hit.

    A chilly 56 at Canaan NWR and a sweaty 86 at Hagerstown airport right now. LOL

    Seems like most years now the DC fireworks are ruined by stagnant air. Part of the reason I stopped going….not dealing w those crowds just to get smoky pics.

    Woke up to downpours at about 3am. Looks like north of US 50 was the local cut off for precip.

    I don’t see that many but am seeing them. And when you attempt to step on them, those fers know how to jump.

    Wind Chill advisory tonight for KMWN w temps in the 20s, WCs as low as 5 and a chance of snow showers. Not out of the ordinary for them, but always cool to see for late June.

    Lost some lbs biking this morning. Gross out there.

    Nicer humidity today, but still AN temps. I biked 55 on the eastern shore and baked in the sun. If you’re ever in Oxford, hit up Scottish highlands creamery. The moon pie shake was perfect! Based on the forecast, I’m expecting my grass to be toast by next weekend. My pepper plants should like it though.
