    Newest hrrr bringing the snows south again, less sleet and more accumulation in LV And Pocono .

    NAM normally sniffs out the thermals, which in this case brings sleet. Just weird that it’s only showing up now. Normally we start seeing that sleet line at at least 24 hours in advance. Nws just responded back to me, warning criteria is 6” in Lehigh county. The forecasted amount is 5.5”. That’s why they stayed with an advisory. Winter storm warning here at home for 8-12” .

    Point and click for the LV is now 4-8” , yet they kept the advisory .

    All Oz runs tonight so far are consistently painting 8 to 10 inches in the Lehigh Valley. It’s been a long time since I remember seeing good trends leading right up into the storm. .

    NAM still spitting out 5-7” in the Lehigh valley Up to 10-12” in higher elevations of poconos . GFS similar with about. 6-10” for both LV and poconos Euro and RGEM around 4” in LV

    You’re in Bethlehem? Not everything can be a historical storm. 4-8” is quite a healthy storm, especially after 2 years of next to nothing .
