    I think this track is not good for them. When this passes W to WSW winds may pile the water into the city. Not to mention the eyewall over them.

    That image is showing the aircraft flying and taking measurements. The pressure is extrapolated to the surface from that flight level at that exact location, so not directly measured. But still 893mb is extremely deep and rare.
