  1. Seems like it’s showing mixing when soundings don’t show it. Verbatim it’s crappy snow growth.
  2. Let’s just enjoy a nice region wide event and not obsess over jacks.
  3. Fluff factor is in NH. Hi res pelt well into CT. Still some discrepancies with precip. Seems like jack close to pelt zone and then perhaps in the fluff.
  4. Definitely a fluff factor rt 2 north, but we take the QPF and meat in pack.
  5. Why is there so many maps from the WFOs? The one from a few hours ago was fine. WTF is this shit?
  6. Yeah they’ll plow and catch up after 3-4a. But unless it’s a complete whiteout, the crews are out at Logan. They’ve won awards for snow removal.
  7. No melt just pointed out issues. I’m sure 00z will show it lol.
  8. It is hard to figure out because it is up to the carrier. They delay or cancel flights based upon a variety of things. In this situation, many times the flight might be delayed, but the reality is to prepare for it to be canceled too. Logan is one of the top airports for snow removal if not the top airport. I never worry unless it’s a large event.
  9. Yeah they may have a real good thump there first half. @SouthCoastMA might be in a decent spot in Sandwich.
  10. Lets say even if it's brief sleet, you're going to get good snows.
  11. That is the Molly I need. Sure hope it's not at the 2 dollar drafts and 25 cent wing happy hour.
  12. It's an interesting system. Almost two distinct jacks. One with real strong WAA...look at that 850 thermal gradient on the NAM. The other from mid level goodies near H7 weak WF.
  13. I will say even beyond the ensembles it looks good. So we’re gonna definitely have chances, I wasn’t trying to be negative earlier. I was just entertaining the idea that we could have some not so favorable set ups… But whatever I guess we just enjoy what comes.
  14. I hope I don’t eat these words, but I think you and I are good for 6 inch plus
  15. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is not to worry about precipitation types. A touch of sleet isn’t gonna kill me, but you know what I mean.
  16. Given how my three-quarter inch of crud from yesterday did with overnight temps hovering near freezing and temps well above freezing with sun today, I would absolutely entertain some rain and mix into the pack to make it meaty. I just don’t want 2 inches of snow followed by an inch and a half of rain and temps in the 50s lol.
  17. No it certainly may not be, but to me that looks like the more likely outcome. Trust me I’m all set with pics of nude skiers in quads or pics of teethless French women riding skidoos in East Moosescrotum Maine. I hope it’s more region wide, but be prepared for those visions above.
