I don’t know about higher then progged I am at 32 still and it’s mostly overcast now.

I’d go 15:1 temps will be crashing into the low 20’s

Seems like this is going to start a bit later more like 3-4pm instead of noon

That’s also the 10:1 areas NW will easily better ratios making up for slightly less QPF.
