We are big on farm raised Buffalo and cow. A local farmer butchers too. Nothing better. Buffalo ribs are off the hook, cooked right and eaten hot.

There is going to be a strong Arctic front, some may think because its in the 60s and 70s it wont snow again until then but buyer beware. I wouldn't discount a white outcome in parts of NE early next week.

This winter gradient was immense, reminds me of 07/08 maybe 75 miles displaced north. This year and 07 08

Perfect I mean perfect ski conditions. Fast and furious with with a hair of wetter snow on the very top gliding the skis faster. Days like this are few in many a year. Ugh
