  1. My wife just took these at the Vet Hospital
  2. You can sell that house for a million and build one for 500k and be in snow heaven plus excellent summers. You have become alot like me. Eat at home, walks with the dogs, simple stuff. Put a pool in and you won't need to leave the house. Happy retirement it really is like being a teenager all over, minus the hotties lol
  3. Interesting fruity smell, juicy almost citrus
  4. Multiple nutz all around. I know a gall. I will take a picture of the tree.
  5. I love the East slope around 1500 ft. Some quality homes there or you could have Pete build you one.
  6. Move to the Berks East Slope. Close enough to the hippy communes in Northhampton for your restaurant fetishes and top notch snow. You get your tax break
  7. What is this? Tree at the vet hospital. Soft pliable
  8. There are no trees there anymore, that where 2 massive trees fell in April
  9. Nice. I run my high ceiling fan backwards so it draws the cool air up which displaces the hot air without driving it down into the living space. Once you get air moving you find your AC is more efficient. Definitely shade those windows even ambient IR produces heat and windows definitely absorb heat. Run your IR on the window frame mid day.
  10. Nice man glad I could help, if you need anymore let me know
  11. Toys are the bomb. When we lived on the farm for 5 years I had every toy possible. I miss the tractor. Some day I am going to rent a mini Kabota to rebuild the front road facing farmers stone wall.
  12. Run a floor upright fan from that balcony. I assume you have no ceiling fans. You have a stratified environment. Air needs to mix and move more. Could be undersized too but I would move air from that ceiling to create thermals . I would also invest in shades and curtains to block those windows out during the day. You are fighting a lot of things there.
  13. My battery weed whacker has a brush cutter add on if I needed it. If it works as well as my battery 18 inch chainsaw it would be no problem. No need for me as we have left the forest to be forest. Massive grape leaves took the place of all the trees that fell. Actually looks beautiful.
