    Gentrification is a major issue. Oakland San Francisco Los Angeles Boston all have pushed out their lower class, instituted huge rents, home costs and cost of living. The result is homelessness, families split up and more people giving up. Economic empowerment zones with businesses owned and operated by local residents was working and people were getting jobs and improving themselves then between the virus, riots and social unrest a lot of gains were lost.

    There was a nice breeze on 90% of the super hot days so that definitely helps. I think only 1 day was I saying this is too hot and headed inside. I don't work outside for a living but I imagine it was a brutal stretch for many.

    The 5 day 90s with high humidity is now 2 days with moderate then cool shots. Summer is not over until mid September as usual but each cooler shot is longer and the HHH less frequent and short lived. We are passed the worst part of summer and now on to the best part. Warm to hot days with lower humidity. We did it. Broken back Mt Tolland

    Most cities are an epic disaster maybe we should reexamine why and who sets the policies that have failed them for decades. I would start there.

    Its not the same now, sun is lower. We always have a hot period as September starts but its broken.

    We water heavily in the garden. Need natural rain and the minerals it brings. But still fruit matured early, leaves dying off. Big big winter incoming if the past garden behavior is any indicator of the future lol

    Great day for yard work. We had sun until like 1000 then in and out and had a good 2 hours this afternoon of partly cloudy, warm enough to clean the pool. Now outside at a cookout in Thompson, cloudy, windy, cool. Outside movie theater is set up
