  1. Pretty quick for me heading south. Wasn't bad at all
  2. Go at gate opening, park across the street before the crossing that empties the stadium . You can leave as they empty the lot . If you park near the crossing they hold everyone up. Lot 51 is where I park
  3. Nice block over Canada Ulls underneath that's a winning winter pattern.
  4. Give me this from last week of November until Mid March and I will show you white.
  5. Mowed and mulched first small dead leaves as soon as the wind picked up we covered again. Heavy rain and wind next week and it's on to mostly stick season cept for the oaks. I was watching Snowtober film and noticed how much greener the leaves were.
  6. If you look closely at the Euro and GFS they both have that 2005 vibe. Multiple waves of heavy precip with a slow moving Noreaster thrown in for good measure . Interesting comparison. I mentioned before I had 14 inches in 8 days in 05
  7. Let's do this all winter with closed Pac lows being forced under the block. ULL south of us everyone knows the rule, one bite.
  8. Even with Kevs 8 to 10 days of rain it won't compare to that Oct 2005 8 day deluge with 14 inches here. That was insane
  9. Have no clue where in the Sam hell you see 8 to 10 days of rain.
  10. Any theories on why the last week of Oct has these epic storms year after year. Tomorrow is 4 years since the big time wind storm of 17.
  11. As far as snow goes. I can't engage in any winter sports anymore but I would like nothing more than to have 2002 2003 walk in the door. Cold snow wind windex noreasters let's do this with umph. The 40 year old, old men in here who used to be winter lovers kill me.
  12. You have to remember Scooter is city spoiled. If he can't walk to the store or drive 5 minutes it's the boonies.
  13. I remember the perfect storm ruining Halloween for my 3 kids. Soaked costumes saved by a huge interior party for the kids at a senior center hall, all the neighbors brought their candy. It was actually pretty cool how we all came together.
  14. 34 years old, on the beach in Weekapaug, watched as rogue waves as high as 30 ft cut massively into the dunes. Huge rocks were thrown over them, one dented my car. Most impressive storm . Sustained 50s and 60s for 24 hrs. The shriek on the ocean was as loud as it gets. Later in November my college coastal erosion class would investigate the dune erosion. We found artifacts from the 38 and 54 hurricanes and clear definitions of their overwash in the dunes.
