  4. Winter doesn't follow the Met calendar. Winter sports carry long into March some years.
  5. You guys are going to get crushed
  6. Looks cold here sleeter. NNE is a lock for 12 to 18 IMHO
  7. Yep later on when upper air got colder and flake size increased had a quick 3.5 in an hour
  8. Deep deep winter this month. Just a beautiful month of winter as we like it. Winter enthusiasts outdoors skiing playing hockey, sledding. Sweet
  9. Howard wassup! Behind Feb 78 Jan 15 Tied with Jan 78 Jan 11. Fierce fierce blizzard. I was under a 1/4 all day with hours under 1/8th. Sometimes only feet
  10. That initial Quebec low forces cold air to push south delaying NE movement of plains LP. Could get interesting quick this week. Now that Ray's checked out it would be a great time for a classic SWFE
  11. Carbon copy of 18 Z GFS at that time
  12. IMHO you are a lock. Look at 18Z Euro 850s falling quick with the cold press. Lock it up
  13. Phin just because you live part time in NNE the weenie stench of the Mid Atlantic never left your posts. You have more angst left in you from your MA days. The native NNErs know it's just a matter of time before they cash in big time. PF though is jonesin
  14. Getting it in while we can. Should be a 2 footer for you. Look forward to the pics.
  15. Yep the front of my house away from the roof held 20 plus. The spots near the roof have 30 plus lol. My roof had a 5 foot drift with a wave curl hanging off the top.
  16. What some Monday morning quarter backs fail to understand is wind packing quickly dropped the fluff. If I measured this morning I only had 18 but with 6 hr snowboard and peak depth of 22 it was 24. Totally confident in my numbers. @JC lol on those Columbia reports. Wind scoured when I got there at 7 last night but on the hill 6 to 8 max. The big numbers started in Scotland but really ramped up just after Canterbury at the Plainfield line.
  17. Obviously your peak depth was 31 judging by your pic
  18. You can absolutely smell the need for a good snowstorm in PFs posts lol. They need it bad
