Because we are all insane we do the same things over and over expecting a different outcome. We all know this will be west of us by go time but we are after all insane in the membrane.

Imagine getting 7 qpf in Jan and only coming out with 2 to 5 inches of snow. I would have told you impossible if you predicted that.

Orh with 3 feet I had 29.5 and this started what turned out to be the greatest month of my wx life. I remember by week 3 the warministas kept saying the pattern was breaking but that mofo was boss. What a memorable time. Never imagined I would beat out Feb 34 but here we were.
