The air is so clean though. Love Arctic source air. You know that chill is generated from massive snow fields. The sky is crystal clear. Maybe we can COC our way through summer with minimum high dew days. Just lots of 85/55 with full bright sun with deep blues.

Completely overhauling the kitchen. New floor , New walls, paint, trim. My wife wanted to try a carpentry job from design to finish. She did the doggie door. Her first project. Afraid I have unleashed a beast. Kitchen project now includes bedroom hallway.
