    I haven't used weights since high school. Recovering just fine ahead of schedule for my knee replacement. All of my serious injuries I have bounced back pretty quickly cept the back fusion which impacted my legs. All those years of running walking in the ocean sand paid off.

    Have had sufficient small rain events last week about .75 total. Soil is dry but meh really. Lots of shower activities this week. No worries. If anything need a lot more sun for the garden as this past week other than yesterday has had little sun.
