  1. I assume you've warmed some, but here we have a muted sun and the temp is up to 60 degrees.
  2. I bought one of the Hart mowers from Walmart as our Black & Decker corded mower gave up the ghost last fall. I've done two mowings with it and it's easy to use and seems powerful enough. I just need the grass to actually fully grow to give it a real review. We have so many different cultivars of grass that the cooler tolerant ones are growing fastest so it's not a nice even carpet yet.
  3. I remember it all too well, and yes Bubbler's right it was 2020. It was the weekend I blew my shoulder out leading to my rotator cuff surgery.
  4. Any flakes I see from now to November better only be in my cereal bowl...
  5. Well then lets skip the freeze warnings and give the man his 75 (although 80 would be better!)
  6. You and me both. This pattern is getting old...fast.
  7. Hopefully it's the Delaware and not the Susquehanna...
  8. It's just the lingering aspect. I don't like cold and snow, but I can accept it from mid November to mid March in its season. Now that we're close to May, I want the mild to warm weather to be consistent.
  9. Dear God...NO. Enough is enough. And I'm not trolling. I've seriously had it...
  10. Yeah really. I got zero inches in Tamaqua proper. That says I got 2.1 inch.
  11. I know you do, but any May snow is going to make me pray for November 80's...lol
  12. As long as the long range is really long...like this November, you guys are ok...
  13. I agree. If they do, we may have to go hunting...
  14. Nice. I guess I'll be seeing that in a little bit.
  15. So...we got no snow accumulation in Tamaqua at all. Not even in the grass. I-81 was a different story as there was about 3-5 inches up there. Here in Tower City they got about an inch. I guess the low was just west enough to keep us mostly rain all night. Event total rainfall was 1.76 inches, so those models that were spitting out 10+ inches of snow WOULD HAVE been correct if it were cold enough, and it was January instead of April.
  16. At this point that would be fine with me. If I can't see it fall, then I don't need to wake up and see it on the ground.
  17. Same here. That heavy band brought rising temps both at the surface and aloft. I'm at 36 again in the backyard, and the upper levels have warmed as well. I thought it would get here as snow, but... Perhaps there was a legit reason CTP lowered my totals with their evening forecast.
  18. Yes it can. I live close and worked up there for years. As for that line of heavy precipitation moving north, it appears to really be moving. I'm thinking (hoping) it'll be here in an hour so I can see at least a little bit of "the show".
  19. Impatiently for me, but even if it does, I have to go to bed early for work tomorrow, so I'll likely miss the big show (if there even is one)... Right now, that is one ugly dry slot, but one that I've seen far and away too many times over the years.
  20. I don't know. I've not usually done well with developing coastals. They more often than not underproduce and disappoint.
