  1. I don't have enough fingers and toes to count the times that scenario occurred in my lifetime. Rain all weekend, then clearing at sunset on Sunday, then a glorious, cloud free Monday.
  2. Similar situation, but the teacher said I'd never make money staring out a window. Little did he know I'd be a truck driver and that I indeed would make my money staring out a window...lol
  3. Thanks! The way I feel is that while I may be getting older, I don't have to look like it...and even more so, not feel like it.
  4. It's what makes driving on I-17 so challenging in the winter. You can go from wet to white in less than a mile when you hit the right elevation. Then, it can happen multiple times depending on what elevation the snow level actually is.
  5. They had snow showers above 10,000ft on Humphrey's Peak near Flagstaff this past weekend.
  6. Yup, and if I weren't in AZ I'd be starting into pre-depression mood.
  7. It does, and as such I also have the right to go elsewhere. To each their own, and I don't and won't criticize those who wear masks, but personally, I'm done with them.
  8. Surprised at almost 3/4" of rain this morning in Tamaqua. Thought it would be much less...
  9. 0.40" currently in Tamaqua. So far, it just seems to be a run of the mill fall rainy day back there.
  10. Those numbers are spot on. I just checked my gauge and we have 0.10" currently.
  11. For what it's worth, DT did mention the possibility of her crossing the hurricane threshold immediately prior to landfall.
  12. You did notice that his entire post was loaded with innuendos though, right?
  13. New ink? I'm contemplating that myself. I want to cover up a 30 year old dragon and skull with a half sleeve. Not sure what to get, and am definitely concerned about cost...
  14. I'd stop by Canderson's house and borrow his wind machine. You'll get it done quicker that way. I heard that thing's so powerful that it even relocates trash cans...
  15. There's something to be said about parts of that post, but I'm not going to go there...
  16. Interesting in that what would be a near perfect "up the Susquehanna" track hooks a 90 degree right turn near Baltimore. Glad I live in Arizona or I'd be gnashing my teeth right now...
  17. Wow...am I ever out of the loop. I had no idea your rains this weekend were tropical.
