When your working, but just happen to be fortunate enough to be in the path of totality. This guy was in DFW either loading or unloading when totality hit.
According to the graph on my Tamaqua station, the temp dropped 7 degrees from 67.3 at 1:25pm to 60.1 at 3:40pm.
Pic my daughter sent at peak eclipse (92.8%) through the clouds.
Yeah, the Rockies suck. My post was mostly about how much I hate the Dodgers.
I do think the Dbacks have a pretty good, competitive team, though. Would love to see a Phillies/Dbacks series again this fall, as I am a big fan of both teams.
On the flip side of that, the Dbacks are 2-0, winning decisively last night after their epic home opener on Thursday. I'm really hoping that they run away with the NL West and hand the ridiculously overpaying Dodgers their asses this year.
Thanks, but there's more to that story. She picked up c diff after she got to the rehab facility and is having a really difficult time battling it, and it shut down her physical therapy totally for the past two weeks. Her outcome is iffy at the moment.
Dumbing it down for the masses...
The NWS Flagstaff put this graphic out on Facebook, in advance of the upcoming storm, to explain the difference between a watch and a warning.
No plows, but this pic is of the Loop 101 in Scottsdale from back in 2013. The green sign reads Via De Ventura, Pima Rd/90th St, and Shea Blvd for those familiar with the area.
It's pretty incredible when you think about it. Think back to 7-10 days ago. No one saw this coming, and anyone who would have forecasted it would have probably been mocked and laughed at vociferously.
