  1. You all up on or near the Tug enjoy the snow this week.  Looking like nuisance amounts south of there.  I missed out on a round of golf with friends this past Friday, too busy at work. Hopefully we can stay on the mild side and get in a round or two this month or in Feb. Looks very possible this winter.

I agree that pitching is the main issue. Severino needs to get his act together and become the dependable ace the Yankees need. He has the stuff. I was hoping they would land Syndergaard from the Mets.  Just watching him cut his hair to comply with team rules would have been worth it, lol.

Keep your grubby hands off Thor. We have enough problems with Doofus Owners and the idiot son. Looters and Poachers will be shot. ;)

Sorry Tug, not sure how the cloudy and snowy is better than this. ^_^

I'll take that every day.  ;)

42" thus far this season IMBY.  Over half of that was in November.  Despite a weak December for snow we had the Christmas "miracle."  It could be much worse. Jan-Mar (and 1/2 April) still to go.  I've recorded 2 winters here, out of 14, where snowfall was close to 50" total...which is still ~2x the seasonal average of where I used to live along the I-95 corridor.  So this winter season is a long way from a disaster despite a milquetoast performance in December.  Though I realize many others have been less fortunate this season to date.  Patience.

  4. Measured 5.8" last night. Melted was 0.53" so ratio was 10.9:1, about what I expected. I thought it might be even lower as it was relatively wet and plastered everything.  Only a Trace since then. Definately jackpotted here as a few miles south in liverpool it looked like 3 or 4" when I left there last night. The trajectory was perfect for northern Onondaga county for several hours.

  5. Well, 5 75" and band has moved south into Syracuse and i-90 corridor and weakened. I cleared the snowboard so if we get a bit more stray stuff overnight we might squeak out 6". That's an honest snowfall, at least in these parts.

Hard to call it Fake Snow though as it's probably 10:1. I'll do a melted in the a.m. with my daily reportage.
