  2. i am close to joining wizzy in the May 1st thread, even though i don't give a shit about thunderstorms. that's how i feel about this winter

  12. i saved up my pennies and just bought a 2019 Renegade Enduro 900 Ace. i can't wait till next year when there will be enough snow to ride it.

  14. i noticed the same thing yesterday on a north-south highway. trees on the west side of the highway were caked, trees on the east side, and the ground beneath them, was all bare. sun doing some work, even with the Dec sun angle.
  15. went from a full melt with just patches and piles last night, to a winter wonderland with snow caked on everything this morning.

  18. i just posted about that in the banter thread. the roads around here (Lexington) are really bad.
  19. those of you heading out on the roads this morning, be careful out there. it is quite icy. Driving through Lexington MA was pretty sketchy in some areas.
  20. don't forget about salt content. you know what i am talking about. the roads are over-salted, so when the puddle evaporates, it leaves a nice white ring around where the puddle was.
