    you can't thaw what is not yet frozen yeah this would be the 5th year BN in a row for me as well. a couple of those were only a little BN, but a couple were ho-ho-horendous

    been cat paws most of the afternoon here with no accumulation. was up in Concord for a docs appt earlier and same thing. hoping for something tonight, but shoveled the slush off the driveway just in case it freezes up. temp has been pretty steady most of the day

    we all love blizzards, George. but they are very uncommon in our area. the first one I ever heard of was 1978. the next one? the next one was 1993. 15 years between the 2. I think you set yourself up for disappointment more often than not.

    I can verify that it is all snow here at MHT. about an inch down so far. roads are getting pretty greasy

    I said it yesterday, my fanny is right on the line. GYX is usually pretty conservative, i think they will kick it up a notch. My thinking is 2" here with lots of rain, 4" CON (half rain half snow), 6" up your way. I could bust low in your area, you seem to be very close to all snow there
