  1. I still think most of us are still good for that 2-3 inches.
  2. KNWA Dan Skoff said on a FB live show an hour ago it wasn't fully sampled until tonight. They're going with a general 2-4 for now. But banding could produce more in some areas. Also said based on soundings flakes could be sizeable.
  3. Morning runs are settling in on a general 2-3" snow across a lot of this region. NAM a bit more banded and juiced up. Waiting on Euro.
  4. I think modeling will keep jumping around until sometime tomorrow. It's not even onshore on the Pacific coast yet. But I do believe most of N AR OK and MO are out on anything big.
  5. Interesting battle between the Euro and everyone else. Hoping it's wrong but I wouldn't bet against it.
  6. I see you 12z GFS. I like your trend this morning. Let's keep it going!
  7. Insanity. Even the Ukie has a nice snow showing up tonight, along with the GFS.
  8. Was thinking the same thing. Miss north then miss south. SMDH.
  9. What's up with this south trend? Central AR getting hammered on models now.
  10. I would expect Friday totals to ramp up once the models catch up to this arctic air surging in.
  11. My money is on the 12z GFS. I'll take that 26" bullseye of snow over NWA.
  12. The pattern looks ripe for some winter events the next couple of weeks. That's about all we know. I think we're in a good spot based on recent events. Maybe one will be a big hit.
  13. I would say the foreign models did the best. But in all fairness, even the US models were realistic on the estimated snow depth all along. They all showed less than 6" depth, which is close. It's just the US models, namely the HRRR and NAM, had crazy 10:1 ratios, unlike the GEM, Euro, and Ukie.
  14. Without a doubt. This would've easily been the biggest snow here in at least 10 yrs.
  15. There's close to 5" here in Bella Vista. So much was compacted. I kept cleaning off my truck and it would fill back in. We had at least 6-7" fall after dark but at a temp of 33 there's only about 5 now.
  16. Chimes, AR sitting at 1800 ft in Van Buren Co with the report of 12" and more to come. Crazy.
  17. Just measured 2.5 in Bella Vista. We were late to the party here.
  18. God that really sucks and just bad luck. Really hate to see that.
  19. Some of the region could be in a sweet spot with that pivot/trowal as the low starts to turn NE.
  20. I agree with JoMo just looking at radar trends. Looks to move across central to NE AR.
