    Right on cue, here's the new NAM. But it's the NAM.

    0z GFS is following suit. Snow amounts in our northern reaches has almost doubled from what was depicted at 12z this morning. Below is 0z tonight.

    We'll be lucky to squeeze out a couple of inches for those of us in these northern reaches of AR, OK, and SW MO.

    Canadian did hold. There's only 4 inches difference between it and GFS lol. Has Canada ever had it right?

    Yah NAM looks wacky. Hope it's not onto something. GFS is a bit drier here, too.

    Yes it is, and the heavier totals have shifted north the past 3 runs. Still 72 hrs out.

    12z Euro. Getting closer. Big hit across a lot of AR.

    Yah if that holds true we could get something measurable around here. Maybe a 2-4 type event.

    All cards on the table. Looks now we would at least be in the cold sector.

    End of next week system has my attention now. Potential is there.

    This upcoming cold is sure to disappoint some of us in the snow area, but at least we'll be in the game for something for awhile. I think it eases mid to late month but then reloads for a final show late month to early Feb.

    February going out with a little bang. Heavy, wet snow falling out right now.

    Winter Storm Warning now for NW corner of AR. SW MO not a warning dut to not meeting their criteria which is 6+ inches.

    Yes could be significant in those areas. Even taking away 2/3 of that yields 4-5 inches in the heavier bands.

    12z NAM and 0z Euro are pretty impressive.

    Surprised by the lack of comments on here about this upcoming snow event. Albeit to affect a pretty small part of this region. Something to pay attention to, though, with some possible heavy banding.
