    Oddly enough we've got a heavy rain/snow mix falling here now. There's a trace of snow on my deck, sitting at 33.

    Got my usual dusting up here lol. Snowed about 45 mins or so I would say. And yah that ground was just too warm.

    You, Whiteout, and myself are working on 6 years without a 4+ inch storm. Really incredible when u think about it. I'm about to the position we may be years away from seeing a big one. Maybe a freak March storm??

    One thing this country is missing.. common sense lol. Yah we had about a 20 min flurry of bigger flakes here. Nothing sticking, though. Another bust here.

    I've always thought Tulsa was worse, after living in both regions and following the weather for many yrs now. Tulsa issued a warning for Benton Co AR at 930 this morning, knowing the dominant precip type was mostly rain and sleet. SMDH.

    Yep, lol. I don't see many more chances this so called winter. Maybe a little tonite as u say, if we're lucky. Temps should be right by then.

    Snowed hard here about 20 mins, petered out, now its gone lol. Where's my 1-3" damnit!! Close to calling this one.

    Yah, sounds like JoMo might be cashing in some, though. Good radar echoes coming in from the SW. Anxious to see what that might bring, besides rain.

    Yah, not sure what to think about it now. HRRR is trending down a bit with heavier bands. We'll be lucky to squeeze an inch here in Bella Vista.

    Yah if the GFS scores here it won't be good.

    That Tulsa map looks like the GFS depiction. All other models show more further south and east.

    Yah, I'm amazed this is progged to generate snow anywhere in this region. Nothing really cold at all.

    Folks along and NW of I44 are in good shape. The rest not so much.

    Damn straight I miss Missouri weather dude. This is a dung pile for weather here. No big snow 5 yrs and counting. I have a feeling spring is coming early, too. Chances are running out on us again.

    Waterboy, we're toast here in NW AR. These models get warmer and worse for us once inside 36 hrs.

    All models agree on a good precip shield for the entire area, so it's all about upper air and boundary temps at this point. If the past is an indicator we'll see warmer temp forecasts as we get closer in. 850 temps, surface, etc.

    Gfs looks like a good middle ground for now.
