  1. Of course that's with 2 CHH obs per day. There's probably been some instances where the PWATs max out in between RAOB times and we "miss" it. There's probably a good chance that those record PWATs actually had higher values at some point during the day too. But yeah, impressive nonetheless.

  3. I think he toggles his posting "source" to HTML and just pastes the code in.
  4. lol C NH...where S winds go to die
  5. I wish that warm front would just blast through here. I really don’t need any extra low level forcing over the CAD cold dome. 18z GFS has low/mid 60s for much of SNE.
  6. Not really. +SN is fairly easy of the 1/4SM variety. 0SM vis you won't see at an automated station though and M1/4SM is really rare.
  7. I think Nottingham had the 40", but it may have been a bit inflated. Lots of 30"+ readings near the interior/coastal Rockingham CWA border though. Coastal front?
  8. Just looking at the “bright” side.
  9. At least we’ve already gained 2 minutes of daylight in the evening.
  10. labs has a paywall for me now. Even Joerg is putting maps under his own paywall. I wonder how Maue feels about that.
  11. James...pick a username and stick with it.
  12. lol watch the SSW be too strong and screw us in some way. Kinda like how the -NAO bent so much in 09-10 that we broke.
  13. And that will be a very dense 1" of liquid.
  14. idk...I’ve read the GEFS school the ecmwf suite.
  15. I think this is the report I recall reading. Guess I need to put up a tall dual fence around my rain gauge now for maximum accuracy. Maybe put it inside the run? https://www.weather.gov/media/asos/ASOS Implementation/AWPAG Altershield Final Report 08-09 v2.doc
  16. Did he have to go to school in 2ft of snow uphill both ways?
  17. I thought the AWPAGs were a lot better? Especially with the dual wind screens?
