No. The normals are recalculated every 10 years for a 30 year period. So the 2010s were using 1981-2010. 1961-1990 was 2F+ colder than the current numbers up here for some months. I made a post about September normals at CON a couple weeks ago.

Ex’s parents are in Port Charlotte and I have family friends in Venice so I’m very familiar with that whole area. It makes me sick to imagine that area getting wiped out.
