  1. I mean we’re still dealing with the NAM in its synoptically challenged time frame. Yeah Steve, I trust it more with the mid level temps in these when we get inside 24-36hrs, but if it’s off synoptically beyond 48hr that could obviously affect thermals and the WCB. It’s clearly 3hr slower with the dryslot on this run so I’m not taking anything from it verbatim. I’ve just been giving friends and fam the typical climo for these...expect 6-10” and probably some sleet.
  2. I think it just looks about 3hr slower than 6z with the WCB. 850 0C still makes it up to me like the previous run.
  3. It can be all snow and still have avg/below avg ratios. The warm tongue is coming aloft whether there's a flip to sleet or not. You know how these work. When your DGZ goes up to H6 and above and your max lift is below H7, it's not very conducive to big ratios. You don't magically go from great ratios to a changeover to sleet in these setups.
  4. No fossil fuels for you since you're on solar. I know Jerry said his electric bill went sky high. You must have had quite the pricey initial fee. I'm intrigued by them though.
  5. We’ll relatively torch aloft too. I’m sticking to climo on this since we won’t have redeveloped H7/H85 centers yet. 6-10” with normal SWFE ratios and maybe even a changeover to sleet.
  6. That would keep the monthly streak of 50s dews going.
  7. No big ordeal. lol...I'm in a great mood. You can just be a total asshole sometimes.
  8. Where have you been all winter? I've been enjoying every torch.
  9. I think John projected his anger of this winter onto me.
  10. lolwut? You couldn't be more wrong. I've been loving the lack of snow since November. If I could get 5 straight weeks of 0 precip I'd be as giddy as Ron Washington in a crack house.
  11. Just hit 41mph. Sun kissed areas of the yards are melting and forming puddles despite a temp of 24F, strong winds, and wetbulbs under 20F. High risk for frozen chook feet today if they were walking through puddles and then moving into the shade. They can stay in the run today.
  12. Where did I say it was bad? Just stating the reality of the season thus far.

  14. We told you post frontal 50s 5 days ago and you came back with “maybe only a couple of hours of 40s at most”. So jelly about my hair.
  15. Yeah I don't think we're budging that surface cold. It could definitely turn messy over SNE though...maybe even up here too.
