There's no sudden jump indicated there, but something definitely changed over the course of a few months. Lop off that 2.5-3F change and they're right in line with everyone for April.

It's Kevin so he's obviously wishcasting, but I suppose if you wanna go heat you pray that s/w fails like the one that models tried to have muck up last weekend. Still, I think you can easily toss 85-90. That crap is DC south.
