  1. I think I'm going with Maue next winter. He's always adding stuff and I like his selection of Euro data including the time-height plots. I'm sure he wants to stick it to wxbell too.
  2. You're saying $20 million isn't a huge payoff?
  3. I think my next home will be on the east side of Lake Winni.
  4. weather.us is pretty good for free
  5. I need to do my first mow ASAP...getting a little long in spots.
  6. Do you just go around clicking multiple gridpoints all days? lol
  7. I looked at the gfs and it looked a bit messy to be pulling off 90F with 15C with SW flow down there. I like seeing a deeper WNW flow and drier soils to pull off 90F with 15C 850s. The euro looks a bit cleaner with the s/w ridge. I'd still probably call it low/mid 80s...maybe the BDL tarmac squeaks out an 85/86? But I agree that the overall point is that it's leaning warm and summerlike again beginning this weekend. Maybe that's what we needed to break the crap patterns back...a couple runs of the heat failing and then as we approach go-time the ridge says "nuh uh" and just plows the whole column of warmth through the region.
  8. That's about as long and skinny as it gets. I like chode CAPE.
  9. I want warmth as much as any heat weenie, but there’s too many sneaky backdoors that run for my liking.
  10. For only a month unfortunately
  11. May 05 sucked, but I’m glad I wasn’t alive for May 67. I’ll add that May 05 only had 3 days with a max temp under 50° at ORH. I’m sure there were a few cheap midnighters in there, but still.
  12. Gotta get rid of that Newfoundland low...it keeps pinching off these ridges trying to build in. Then we end up with a battleground, precip, and on the wrong side of the sfc front.
  13. Summer pushed back out past d10 again. Maybe it'll verify by July.
  14. Extremes drive ratings...just look at politics.
  15. Hit the packy, close the shades, and set the alarm for 6/20.
  16. Nice. He almost beat my December total.
  17. Colder water has a higher surface tension too so you can get good sized droplets keeping form.
  18. Anything from mitch this morning?
  19. Looks like water droplets to me. No way they had ice.
  20. To be fair the rain in winter was warmer
  21. Had some white rain slushies splashing on the windshield, but not over my threshold to call it legit flakes. 36F
