That was a wild severe day across the northeast. I had my first ever flight that night out of BOS to MSP. I had like 5 hours worth of delays as our plane had a broken radar. I remember a squall hitting the airport sometime after sunset and the wind and rain roared against the glass windows. All flights since then have been pretty easy in comparison....lol.
The Hermit Lake Snow Plot has a station up on Mesowest now. That's the highest station (3750') on Mesowest now in NH outside of MWN.

Slept great. I like the heat. Mid 60s dews are tolerable. This is mostly a slighty mixed overcast overnight torch. If it was clear it’d be low 60s right now. It’s not like I’m walking outside to a steamy sunny 72/72.
It all plays into it, but I still disagree about the 850s. 18-20C is impressive any time of year and results in mid 90s in SNE as well. 18-20C doesn't grow on trees up there. Heck the 12z Euro had 21C around Sherbrooke this afternoon.
