  1. Hrmmm. Maybe they changed it back or I dreamed it...idk. I do see hail listed with other frozen in the F6. We need Legro.
  2. Front just went theough here. That was fun. Sounded like a few pings, but can’t confirm. Wind is roaring.
  3. They used to, but I don’t believe they count it anymore.
  4. Even if they win the SB, who cares? The Pats won’t be competitive for the SB this year anyway. Great deal for the Pats.
  5. Not there yet, but the euro is getting a little more interesting for Sat night too.
  6. Euro with a bump north for Friday night...getting some flakes up here.
  7. Maybe 8C lapse ML lapse rates right up into Iceland?
  8. It's 5 days out...worth keeping an eye on. Goofus is like 0.75" of snow here Sat night. I'd sell it, but this has been an f'ed up month.
  9. I think all of the recent years are digital, but there's this link... https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/IPS/coop/coop.html
  10. Min 28F here...looks like 26F for CON. MOS is still a record for Thu morning with 17F. I think 12z had 16F. Hopefully it's one of those deals where they rad like mad and we stay a little mixed and like 5-10F warmer. Maybe we don't end up radiating much at all and it just ends up mid 20s with a breeze. Saw our first bear of the season overnight on camera too. It looked relatively younger than previous ones we've had.
  11. Closest for me was probably 5/6/96. We had some snow mixing in with the rain that day. And in 2013 we were practically pushing Lisa’s bday in June. lol
  12. I haven’t looked at a lot so I’d defer to Scoot, but the little I had seen the past couple days made me think maybe after d10-14? Some of the models were looking warmer around my b’day May 4th.
  13. My forsythia is just trying to open up this morning. A lot of trees have swelling buds, but the apple is fairly dormant here as well. Here’s a peach tree question that maybe @tamarack would know...if I chop back the central leader of a peach tree right in half and leave one original branch below it for this season (for photosynthesis), what are the odds I’ll get decent regrowth branching near the top to get a nicely shaped tree? The tree looks hideous so I may take a shot at it anyway. I know this method isn’t preferred, but I have seen a few people on YT try this with younger fruit trees. The diameter of the leader where I plan to cut back is probably an inch and a half diameter. There was some growth out of it last year even without any pruning.
