  1. He was hooking up with the girls you’re with now.
  2. No big heat on the 12z euro next week. New England with its special sector of suck.
  3. All of the heat waves through 2018. https://www.weather.gov/media/btv/climo/extremes/heatwave.pdf
  4. A little like 2018 up there with 6 straight days...minus the big dews this time around though. Glad we didn’t live in BTV in 1944.
  5. I don’t fall for your all or nothing traps. Euro still hanging on for the weekend. Could be a warm night Sat night even if it’s just U80s/l90s during the day.
  6. My forecast is that the big heat will fail and you’ll hide in lurkerville for another week.
  7. Last night’s euro op backed it in for next week as well. So I lean that route, but probably a modified version of it.
  8. Hopefully 90F right through Feb.
  9. Euro pretty much caved to the GFS next week and will probably lose Saturday too. Went from 100s in CT for 7/1 at 12z to 70s at 00z.
  10. Yeah...dews and nights have been fairly meh. This heat has been tolerable. The swampazz amidst a rainy stretch is what gets me to finally install.
  11. GFS is cute for next week. Days and days of suck. Still not buying the weekend torch either.
  12. After days and days of heat and humidity I'd think a 1 day respite would be nice? If we were coming off some kind of week long 55F and drizzle abomination I'd understand, but I'd prefer your weather right now.
  13. Soaking right into those deck boards nicely.
  14. Been close a couple times, but still haven't hit it at my place.
  15. 76F SCT at home now. Up to 80F and SKC at CON.
  16. I mean seriously, it must be nice. You precipitate with any wind direction. You're pretty much guaranteed convection. Maybe in 200 years Tippy's Hadley Cell bakes you under a subtropical ridge in the summer, but it's a pretty lush place to be in this lifetime. The only iffy spots I guess are the NEK and DDH, but even they tend to benefit from some convection near the higher terrain.
  17. Is it possible to have a drought in Vermont?
  18. Sun is blazin in CON now. Off to the races
  19. Looks like the stratus is thinning a bit on vis in E NH and NE MA.
  20. Looks like this stratus in eastern sections will be a little stubborn. There's a boundary setup across the middle of New England from NNW-SSE with E/NE flow to the east and SW flow to the west. The 6z 3k NAM keeps S NH in the 70s all day. That convergence zone may be a focus for some convection later on today...maybe DIT up northward to the NH/VT border?
  21. 65.6° min at home Spitting some drizzle in CON.
