  1. My driveway is dirt and gravel with some larger rocks mixed in. It’s tough to clear with bare, thawed ground. I have longer skids on it now so that should help, but I’m raising it anyway. I think 1-1.25” will be a good height. Tuesday should be able to melt that much remaining on the driveway.
  2. What’s the threshold? I want the driveway clear so I’ll probably be raising the Ariens and blowing it. At least the subsurface ground has thawed out. So whatever falls can melt and soak in rather than pool up.
  3. lol GFS. I’m cheering it on though. Looks like I’ll have to drag the Ariens back out. Gotta roll with the punches.
  4. I can deal with a few inches, but the 12-24” garbage will take awhile and have a lot of water content. Anyway, this is a science board so it is what it is. My DIT emo posting won’t change the result.
  5. Yeah I’m feeling better. I don’t think I had it, but who knows? I’d think I would have contaminated my mom and dad a couple weekends ago and they’re fine...he’s 81.
  6. Winter totally ****ing blows from mid Dec through the end of March and now it decides to unload after we finally melt the friggin glacier, thaw the ground out, and nearly drain the water table below the surface. Everyone is home hiding from the death mist and finally have a chance to go outside, get some sun, and get some work done around the yard. Nobody should want this right now. This winter and 2020 can rot in hell.
  7. Those who have hoarded up on food for their freezer don’t need that.
  8. Wish I could send this to Tampa with Tom.
  9. Hopefully the only dynamic cooling is over the MILFs.
  10. Winding down. Looks like exactly 1".
  11. Snowing hard. Looks like a + band moving north through CON and Mark. 32.5° but initially it struggled to stick.
  12. Wanna compare lawns? You develop vaccines for cows, but can’t grow green grass in your yard.
  13. Looks like 1-3” here depending on the model. It’d be nice to dry and warm the ground a bit today to keep tomorrow’s snow ripe for melting with the followup rain and warm temps Friday.
  14. Yup. Useless this time of year unless it's a biggie. I actually got a bit of a burn on my forehead outside on Saturday. That should not be allowed in a winter month.
