Yeah I’ve been out there watering the garden, pawpaws, and new grapes daily. Everything is okay so far, but it’s a pain dragging the hose 125ft out there.

At least it’s beautiful out.

Last summer was our first fail in a long time. Right when I started the pawpaw orchard.

It’s been relatively dry. Mostly nickles and dimes excluding Memorial Day weekend.

I think +4/+4 is a little high, but I’m not sure how much AVP has changed. I know CON has increased something like +3/+5 in December between those 2 datasets. I’m not sure that the CLIMO numbers there are what is used by the statistical model…it may just be a general reference for what to expect this time of year.

Pretty sure the MEX CLIMO is from the 1961-1990 normal period. I assume the NBE is updated to either 2010 or the new 2020s that just came out.

Not sure how you tell, but that's the tree I collect seed from every season...tons of them. Can you tell quickly off hand if that's green or white?

I have one out in the back woods that is in that 2.5-3" diameter range that is starting to develop furrows near the bottom. It's probably a 30-40ft tall tree now. I'm worried it's getting to that point now where blight will become an issue. I may try the mud pack treatment on the bark if gets to that point.
