  1. TS warning requires 3 straight hours of vis reduced to 1/4 mile because of dews.
  2. EC 100m AGL wind. If we can warm sector up here it could be interesting for a couple hours. It's a long shot. Toss the 80mph winds, but it could get gusty.
  3. Yeah I had posted about that right entrance region a couple days ago wrt the possible PRE, but it makes sense if we’re exhausting that well aloft that it could give a little boost to the core.
  4. It definitely looks breezy for a period down there...especially the southern counties. But sorry...this isn’t “the one” for you.
  5. Could be a couple of good gusts on Tolland since they mix out so well and torch easily on S winds.
  6. I had one of the lowest monthly totals for NH in Torchfield.
  7. So you're on board today? Nice...that's 2 days in a row. You've been alternating daily for the last 5 days.
  8. It's more like a cane devil. Just a lot of blowing sand.
  9. Key West morning out there for sure. My windows were all fogged up like an overnight warm frontal passage in January.
  10. I do pretty well with southerly flow too. It’s probably my best wind direction based on how close my sustained wind speeds tend to be with gusts. Out of the W-NW I get peak winds like 13G30mph but my open south side nets me winds like 22G30mph. I’m sure 38 did quite a bit of damage in my spot. We’ll need to stay in this soupy airmass for the best mixing during the night hours. If this goes a little more E and we wedge a bit it’s ovah.
  11. Need the messenger late bump east to get in in the good rains. I’ll pass on a rogue 10pm 40mph gust up here.
  12. Yeah...I mean it may get confusing when we get our 2nd and 3rd canes of the season. Maybe even 5.
  13. Nice low level theta-e gradient setting up under the right entrance region of a 130kt upper level jet. That's a nice PRE look.
  14. 3k NAM is way faster than the 12k....has the circulation up near NYC at 60hr while the 12k is still down by the Delmarva.
  15. The rain axis and totals are looking a bit like Irene.
  16. Nice action shot, but watch out for the sharks.
