  6. I mean Galveston is one of the deadliest canes in Canadian history.
  7. Got any brighter pics? They do seem somewhat cicada-like. A little bit longer and slender though.
  8. I'm happy for him. He got the damage and outages he desperately wanted. The wife and kids must be ecstatic. Maybe they'll get another week of living naked and afraid?
  9. Think I saw 53° on the console. Still no power.
  10. MTP is like the same latitude as FRG
  11. It's going to take longer than usual because of COVID preventative measures...social distancing, 6ft apart, sanitizing, masks, etc.
  12. FRG gusted to 78mph and MTP only 33mph. Sometimes weird mesoscale things happen.
  13. Begin with the real damage.
  14. Looks like an ash tree maybe? I'm trying to tell form the bark, but tamarack would know right away. Wonder if it was dead from EAB and susceptible?
  15. Kinda lame at how easy it is to lose power up here with 40mph+ winds. 0.23” rain. I’d rather have what upstate ny had. Inches of rain and heavy electricity.
