  1. Back edge is approaching the VT/NY border now. It should pound for the next couple hours.
  2. One more wxstar 4k post for the 90s TWC weenies. Seeing some NE wind now so maybe the sfc flow is backing? Maybe just a little residual insitu CAD?
  3. Mod/hvy now. Down to 29.9°. Closing in on 2”
  4. Definitely looks like some downsloping there. S flow snow events are fairly rare so don’t sweat it. BML was moderate snow for awhile.
  5. 30.3° here...looking good back to ALB. Roads are a mess.
  6. This thing is starting to ramp up as it moves east too. 50-60kt 925 S winds will move into E/SE MA later this afternoon. So I think the longitude hurts a bit until the low level flow starts to back and close off in the GOM.
  7. Probably some sublimation if that dewpoint depression is right.
  8. Kev what’s it doing on the massif? I see you’re at 33.2°.
  9. NAM really surges that 925 0C line northward this afternoon after it starts as snow over the interior.
  10. South wind there...may be a downslope and locally warmer temps.
  11. Still 19° here. Wish we could mix out a bit like CT.
  12. 10:1 may be overdoing it for the RASN areas.
  13. Some of the mesos get the sfc low going a little sooner and back the sfc winds for S NH and NE MA before it exits. That may keep it cold enough for more accums.
  14. wth is wxbell doing there? Looks like the'yre taking the instantaneous precip rates and adding them all together to get total QPF. Here's COD
  15. btw weenies...you can get it here... http://www.taiganet.com/forum/index.php/topic,4135.0.html The settings can be a little confusing and take awhile to setup, but it's pretty cool once you get it going.
  16. That’s probably my bad. I’ll have to check my settings.
  17. Got the wxstar 4000 simulator running and the settings all setup tonight.
  18. I could see some initial sticking issues ASH-MHT-maybe CON with a little insolation and temps just above freezing. Maybe one of those melting on contact dels for awhile and then it becomes a slushy coating.
