  1. I’m just being a little bitchy. It isn’t that bad. I’ve chosen to shovel/broom these light events to keep the driveway a bit exposed and limit the ice buildup and it’s a decent workout. As I’ve said before, if the alternative is below zero and dry I’ll take this right through the rest of the month.
  2. Ditto, but we know how it’ll verify. SNE is our daddy.
  3. The growth? Yes. Although the 12z NAMs seemed to have the lift a little above the DGZ at BOS in the H4-H5 layer. Actual was closer to H6 like Scoot said.
  4. Nah. Go big or go home. VT can have this useless 1-2” every 3 days garbage. 6”+ is a different story. The pattern we’ve been in is just annoying. Anyway...not much to add beyond Will, Scoot, et al. Could be a little stripe in MA around warning criteria while we manage 1.7” of salt and sugar. I’m a little anal with how I clean up the snow so I’m a bit frustrated, but it is what it is. It’s a nice little run for SNE.
  5. I can’t wait for another 1-2”. Keep’em coming. An Ullr fart every few days that’ll take me a few hours to clean up.
  6. Hopefully the GGEM pans out or we can tick it south even more. Running out of time up here for plain cirrus.
  7. Steined up here. Will probably end up with an inch. Just enough to make me have to waste time cleaning it like the last 5 events.
  8. Another 1.7”. Haven’t melted it down yet. Nickles and pennies other than the big one.
  9. Yeah it will and we will take it and like it.
  10. Kuchie can underestimate if you're getting deformed with sfc temps relatively warm at 30F+. As long as the crystals aren't melting or sublimating on the way down all that matters is the temp and lift in the DGZ. Oct 2011 was kinda like that up here. It was high ratio under the deformation despite 2m temps of 31-32F.
  11. lol at how the euro centers about 5 events over SNE in the next 10 days. That was an easy call.
  12. Up here we used the great flurry of 1985.
  13. Nothing is worse than the beer fermentation biproduct they used at Plymouth St. It was brownish red and reeked.
  14. Chickens, boo, and snow. It’s how we do winter.
  15. Especially if you have areas of different densities.
  16. I was sneaking watching TWC instead of sports back then when the family left to go shopping. Then when they pulled in I’d quickly slide the old cable box back to ESPN or NESN as if I had been watching Spice. I thought they would think there was something wrong with me. lol
