  1. Yeah that was an awesome surprise. I was in Auburn, NH for that one. I didn’t do clearing for that, but I had 18” of new snow depth. That was a fast and furious dumping.
  2. Yeah the NAM usually has that 1 late 12z run that sucks me back in with something huge and then I get Charlie Browned by the rest of the suite. There’s a good bet for near warning snows, but toss the exotic solution...for now.
  3. Shades of 2017 at the homestead? I’d be afraid to see what it would’ve looked like in 07/08.
  4. RGEM quickly turns the LLVL flow to the N and NW here during the height of the precip so I think it's trying to introduce some dry air into the lower els east of the high terrain. It has 35/33 here at peak intensity, but I'd be willing to bet it would be more like 33/32 during the mod/hvy precipitation.
  5. The NAM is good for ratings. It keeps everyone in the game until the day of the event.
  6. 3k with a late attempt at some snow for NE MA into NH and ME.
  7. idk...that mid level banding may arc right up into here.
  8. ORH gets almost 2.00" QPF total. And this would include any precip that falls as snow early on and melts when hitting the ground.
  9. Was hoping for a glancing blow or not much at all given my back situation, but that 6z Euro/NAM is telling me to get gas for the blower. I don’t expect the GFS to latch on until T-12 hours.
  10. I get more snow this run so I'll take it. Let's keep that trend up. Slow down that southern stream a little more so we can advect some cold in here and maybe give it more space to curl up here without any of the northern phasing help.
  11. We all know DIT knows this. Just gotta follow whichever direction the weenie blows. 18z run misses: “We’re using off hour runs now?” 18z run crushes: “6/18z runs are just as good as 0/12z now”
