  1. Looks like Union-north was a good call.
  2. Cutting through the bands on the 12z 3k NAM and you can see most of the fronto and lift in SNE is below the DGZ, but it wouldn't surprise me if that band cutting through central MA is tickling some good lift up to the DGZ. Up here growth has been good, but just not enough precip.
  3. I was surprised he lived as long as he did. The dude was never clean.
  4. Some of the models had decent lift in the DGZ up here. I posted the 3k NAM last night. The larger growth may have more reflectivity to it. We'll probably get less liquid than SNE, but maybe we can fluff it out a bit more.
  5. Yeah getting some bands coming back through at home. 15.2F

  7. Was snowing pretty hard at home until I reached Canterbury. Just minor -SN the rest of the way into CON so the radar is showing reality.
  8. Yeah really good dendritic growth right now. Pure fluff
  9. Yeah maybe a little fluff up here despite low QPF. Probably more likely AFN-MHT though.
  10. Looking like 1-2" for C NH, but we can always go lower.
  11. We need to get you an epic snowy stretch soon. You're the wise elder of the group and keep your screw jobs in check, but it seems like you've done the worst relative to average over the last decade. You just don't melt like the rest of us. I'm on the tamarack snow campaign and I'm willing to riot into SNE to steal some for you.
  12. Wrong thread I guess, but you can see how far off the 3km NAM was between 12z yesterday and 18z as it was verifying. That lift ended up right in the DGZ instead of near the tropopause. lol
  13. I’m just being a little bitchy. It isn’t that bad. I’ve chosen to shovel/broom these light events to keep the driveway a bit exposed and limit the ice buildup and it’s a decent workout. As I’ve said before, if the alternative is below zero and dry I’ll take this right through the rest of the month.
  14. Ditto, but we know how it’ll verify. SNE is our daddy.
  15. The growth? Yes. Although the 12z NAMs seemed to have the lift a little above the DGZ at BOS in the H4-H5 layer. Actual was closer to H6 like Scoot said.
  16. Nah. Go big or go home. VT can have this useless 1-2” every 3 days garbage. 6”+ is a different story. The pattern we’ve been in is just annoying. Anyway...not much to add beyond Will, Scoot, et al. Could be a little stripe in MA around warning criteria while we manage 1.7” of salt and sugar. I’m a little anal with how I clean up the snow so I’m a bit frustrated, but it is what it is. It’s a nice little run for SNE.
  17. I can’t wait for another 1-2”. Keep’em coming. An Ullr fart every few days that’ll take me a few hours to clean up.
  18. Hopefully the GGEM pans out or we can tick it south even more. Running out of time up here for plain cirrus.
