    3/8 was the rain to snow bomb. I don’t think blizz statements were posted, but a lot of the interior had 1/4SM vis with 40kt gusts for over a few hours that evening…some TSSN too.

    The Franklin COOP form had rain turning to snow with strong wind…2.22” liquid and 10.0” snow.

    I have some oak leaves that fell onto the pack and they’ve now melted about 2” deep into it.
