  1. It’s right. Big cutoff from there to here.
  2. 1.15” weekend total. Not a lot compared to SNE, but a nice prolonged soaking for the vegetation.
  3. I put my heat on Friday night when I knew it was going to be miserable for days. I don’t mind letting the house get chilly in the morning if it’s going to warm up during the day, but not 60 straight hours of 40s. It’s not that much energy used. Plus it warms and dries up my basement a bit in case I get some water down there.
  4. Pouring. 0.76” and counting from part deux.
  5. Weenies to my N and E need to let this play out. It should blow up overnight.
  6. Euro is hot everywhere in the extended, but it’s an over the top look again…congrats NNE with the 17-19C 850s.
  7. No way. Total washout this evening too.
  8. Mitch posted that had had flakes. He was down to 34°.
  9. Yeah…looks like a period of much above coming, but the GFS does funny things in the 2m extended during heat waves. I remember when it was trying to give us 110° for days a couple years back.
  10. My neighbors looked like Times Square on NYE. I spent 3hrs picking up debris in my yard and filled an entire chicken feed bag with it. I don’t want this wx, but yeah, I’d take this over that mess again. I don’t need explosives to honor our veterans. lol
  11. It may be the worst. Rain and cold records yesterday. More rain and cold records today. Rain continuing well into Monday. If someone can find a worse 3-day Memorial weekend stretch I’d like to see it.
  12. Getting some late sun, but still breezy and chilly.
  13. You could try the beneficial nematodes as well, but you’ve never shied away from chems. It may be worth trying a two pronged attack though…not sure what the chems would do to the parasitic worms.
  14. CON record is 45° in 1917. It’s already 44° so that’s probably safe. There’s nothing colder than 49° after this date in the season so that was a good one.
  15. Sadly today may be the best day of the long weekend.
  16. 0.30”. Not much but appreciated. More moving in now.
  17. Looks like they used the 65F & sunny wx app too.
  18. All fear. Too dry. Too wet. Too cold. Too hot. Too windy. Too calm. Too sunny. Too cloudy. He should just install greenhouses with grow lights and irrigate with drip lines.
  19. Congrats. Beautiful weekend for you. Get out and enjoy it.
