  1. +2.4SD on the H5 heights in the BOX CWA.
  2. He started the season with 78 Ks and 3 BBs. Since then 48/14 including this game. Still good, but not otherworldly.
  3. Just look at his K/BB ratio before and after that last great game he had.
  4. Night and day since he started pitching clean. lol
  5. It’s so warm he decided to just shut the Davis down.
  6. NWS with 112/82 for PDX on Monday. I can’t imgine a daily mean near 100° around here…lol.
  7. Just a man and his best friend while the wife is away in a tropical location.
  8. Last few MAV runs have been 103-104. 12z run had 103F for 00z and actual is 107F. 18z MAV is 117F for tomorrow. I mean seriously wtf.
  9. Tomorrow will shatter that. Monday may be worst for SEA.
  10. Overcast with sprinkles. Not too bad out there. 75.7/67 and a nice breeze. No bugs at all the past few days too.
  11. PDX isn’t working on that site. Goofus for Monday is probably the most impressive in SEA, but I think I’d toss this. Fully mixed up to H6 near the coast. Just your everyday 118° at the sfc in coastal WA.
  12. MOS for Portland. MAV was “only” 115°.
  13. Sugar maple or is that branch coming off another tree?
  14. One study found having a regular cold helped protect against COVID 19...not really surprising considering the common cold is made up of different coronaviruses. https://rupress.org/jem/article/218/8/e20210583/212380/Dynamic-innate-immune-response-determines
  15. Down to just LEB now and that ends 6/30. https://www.nhpr.org/post/covid-map-which-new-hampshire-towns-require-masks#stream/0 A lot of the towns let them expire for 6/1. I remember seeing Enfield a few weeks ago and thinking that was a weird one. I wanna say Franconia too.
  16. I’ve debated that 107° before. I toss it since EWB airport was only like 99-100°. 7/4/1911 was probably tops for much of the region given how widespread the high numbers were. It wasn’t a cheap 106° with 100° all around it.
  17. Man that heat in the Pac NW is so exotic and unreal. I keep looking at the output and just laughing. MEX has 110F at PDX for Sunday and their warmest on record is 107F way back in 1942.
