  1. Lots of memories watching her on TWC while growing up. She had that 90s hair going on for awhile. RIP
  2. Kinda strange just how much of it I have. I would assume if it goes to seed that the seed would remain viable for next year? I don’t recall it flowering last year though. Maybe the white dutch clover I spread from Agway was actually this stuff?
  3. Yup…that may be it. I’ll let an area flower. It’s only in the torchy spots on the S and W side of the house so maybe that is helping it survive in this zone.
  4. Here’s the plant in question. Lesser trefoil or medic? Alfalfa maybe? Looks like a legume either way?
  5. Looks more like late Wed or Thu depending on the model?
  6. Could be a lot of clouds...some showers interior. Then the tropical rains. idk...looks swampy over much of the period. Pop some sun and it gets warm and oppressively quickly, but should be mostly 80s or even u70s in areas that hold the clouds/showers longer. I'll sell u70s/80F dews although wizzy may get his pwats. Whatever...it's mid august. It's warmth and humidity. Been there done that before.
  7. Yeah I've been really noticing it too getting up a bit before 530. I loathe losing the light in the morning. 51F this morning. Would prefer 5-10F warmer.
  8. ok...I'm thinking lesser trefoil/suckling clover now.
  9. Haven't tried the app yet...I think it's on my phone though. I got more pics. I'll upload some later. Maybe some type of medic?
  10. The only time I touch cash is when I sell eggs. Other than that it’s as outdated as my checkbook.
  11. Not spotted spurge. I’ll try to rip some out and get a pic in brighter light tomorrow.
  12. Euro was a little overly dew crazy with the last warmup and it's the most humid again. Looks pretty damn muggy for a handful of days, but it'll probably back off toward the other models again a bit. Looks more swampy than hot this go around too. I'd rather take today over that anyday.
  13. Yeah the veins in the leaves are very close together. It’s spreading like a carpet.
  14. For instance, the sub 60° summer dew hours are fairly consistent whereas you would probably expect a drop off with >60° climbing. So I think the thing to take from these charts is a slow climb in dews with time and an increase in data points (more hourly obs).
  15. I will say there is probably more of a bias toward more hours in the ASOS era since obs are more reliable (automated) versus being sent out by human observers. There were frequent missed obs at hourly sites pre-automation. There was a period there between the 50s-70s where many sites only reported every 3 hours too…although those may be the groups of years “blued” out for too many missed obs.
  16. Phil Revere galloping from colonial town to colonial town searching for damage.
  17. 65° is creeping up there with plenty of August to go. 70° has no shot because of July.
  18. What is this nonsense? I don’t mind certain weeds, but this crap is taking over a section and is thick and wiping out all of the grass and clover in that area.
