  1. I had this baby porky up in my pear tree this morning. I put fencing around it to keep it out, but it was able to climb up it. It wasn’t able to get back out after climbing down though so I had to remove the cage.
  2. It was 55F and drizzle here exactly 1 year ago from right now.
  3. Lots of pockets with dews in the 30s today.
  4. FIT had a dew of 34° earlier. PSM 33°
  5. Chamber approved. Almost dews into the 30s in spots.
  6. Tough start for the dew lovers, but I’m sure the dog days will deliver. Once that SE Can trough is booted there won’t be much to save us from the heat ridge trying to bulge in.
  7. The embedded link cuts off the full image.
  8. I have some hope for Tuesday.
  9. Looks okay south of the VT/MA border. Hopefully Tuesday produces up here.
  10. Looks like the front is coming through here with little fan fare.
  11. My white ash is loaded with seeds this year. I’d like to start some in pots and plant them around. Gotta keep the species going as long as possible.
  12. Down to 66.3° for a low and breezy so we still haven’t advected the real soup up here.
  13. Round 2 coming for drenched in Tolland. Back to bed.
  14. Lol you just got crushed. Weenie.
  15. Lowest amount of hours with dews of 60F+ in June at CON since 1982.
  16. 87.1/54.7 on the day. Hot afternoon, but barely above the average wasn’t much above normal. CON +4 and PWM +2
  17. Took 132 home today to skip the traffic and other than a stretch near downtown Concord there was no significant defoliation for the entire ride to home. So a lot of that I93 damage is confined to near the highway Maybe the mixed air from vehicles or salt use is affecting the fungues that keeps the spongies in check?
  18. Not sure if that’s wrong or a microclimate deal…97/45. Lol
