  1. Yeah. BML is 49° and was -16° 24hrs ago.
  2. I guess to clarify... Jan was cold and we've had pack since 12/18, but we've had a lot of nickle and diming with sloppy events. The regional biggies we were grazed on. While Ray was bitching about only getting a foot, we got 5". The big NNE event we got mostly cold rain and then a ton of sleet. The cold was mostly useless. Maybe F is a little harsh because I do appreciate the consistent pack that has protected my fruit trees from the few extreme cold shots. Maybe I'll go D-
  3. I don't deny that at all. lol Scoot and I are always ingesting new Pats model runs while tblizz took the "yesterday was sunny so today will be too" approach. Of course it was like we lived in Yuma so tblizz was right most of the time.
  4. He rides persistence until the alternate hits him in the face a few times. The same goes for his Pats posts.
  5. I’m surprised how breezy it is already here.
  6. Yeah if we pop some sun I think I agree for S NH. That weak inversion is pretty low and could be somewhat mixed out easily. Model 2m temps are already u50s.
  7. Nah. We talk about more interesting things like drizzle and dewpoints.
  8. That was a rough first 10 days at Plymouth. I recall that one day that was barely above zero during midday with full sun and a biting wind.
  9. Still have tomorrow morning at the rad spots. Maybe an outside shot late weekend as well.
  10. The warmth will eventually get us, but glad we don't live at H5.
  11. Those are NOHRSC maps https://www.nohrsc.noaa.gov/technology/
  12. Oh I don’t give them the shell. I scramble them in a pan and just feed them like that. I won’t even do a peeled hard boil egg since it maintains the egg shape. Some people crush up the shells and feed that in place of oyster shell for calcium, but I don’t take the chance on that. Mine have been good about leaving the good eggs in the box alone. If one breaks or someone randomly lays one in the run they will clean it up. But they’ve been smart enough to separate the two. I give 18 birds about 10lbs of mealworms over the course of a month so they probably feel content with their protein.
  13. Oh I agree wrt temps. I was talking about his mention of getting another 6”+ event. The chances of deep winter drop off like a rock after the first week or so of March.
  14. The Brownville ME deer food pantry has been busy.
