  1. COD does this too. So if you're transitioning from RA to SN it'll overdo it on the snow on the NW edge of the time steps. If the model is tagging the ptype at 18hr to be snow, Pivotal is calling the QPF in that previous 3hr or 6hr interval to be snow when the truth is somewhere in that period it flipper from RA to SN.
  2. That's a pivotal issue with ptype and how they label the previous 3hr QPF as either rain or snow. That's why it's jagged contours right up through here and into Maine.
  3. It's all a dream on the euro by Tuesday afternoon.
  4. Yeah I missed the runs from a couple days ago...since yesterday I haven't been wowed by it.
  5. I mean there's a period there of some windy CAA, but it looks like the typical 35-40kt to me?
  6. Am I the only one not wowed by the wind with this?
  7. I don’t blame him. If I moved up there I’d want a year of some epic cold and snow departures.
  8. Phin will lose his mind if CNE/SNE steal this.
  9. I said this is what 6” in VT looks like the following morning
  10. Fronto band falling apart a bit as it got up here. Really good growth, but not a dense amount of flakes.
  11. Dumpin. Nice surprise getting the banding up here.
  12. No thanks...keep the QPF west. Stop trying to flood my chickens. lol
  13. He's on the gradient there...max looks like PF up to Pittsburg and the moose in the Allagash
